Doug Condon, Managing
Director
Doug Condon has over twenty five years experience
in the energy industry in engineering, business development and
deal creation. Doug has structured and managed over $1 billion
of energy transactions including tolling arrangements, electricity
and natural gas derivative transactions, solar energy power purchase
agreements, and wind energy transactions.
Prior to founding Three Rivers Energy, Doug
was President of EF Consulting, LLC where he provided strategic
analysis of energy purchasing strategies, cogeneration development,
critical power marketing strategies, and negotiation support
for companies involved in California’s energy crisis. Prior
to EF Consulting, Doug was Vice President of Sales for Capstone
Microturbine Corporation and held management and marketing positions
at Southern Energy (now Mirant) and Enron. Doug began his career
with Westinghouse Electric Corporation and ABB Power T&D
Company.
Doug has a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering
from the University of Pittsburgh where he was an All Big East
conference swimmer. He also holds an Executive MBA from Pepperdine. |

Nina Richardson, Managing Director
Nina
Richardson has thirty years of experience ranging from small
start-up environments to multi-billion dollar
corporations in
a variety of disciplines including manufacturing, design engineering
management, operations, and account management. She has had full
operating responsibility for international operations with annual
sales in excess of $1B and has managed complex global
accounts with staff and customers in a dozen countries. Nina
has successfully negotiated numerous complex manufacturing contracts
and billion dollar pricing agreements.
Prior to founding Three Rivers Energy, Nina
was the Vice President of Worldwide Design for Imaging and Printing
Products at Flextronics.
Other positions at Flextronics included Vice President of the
nearly $2B Hewlett Packard global account and VP and General
Manager of a manufacturing division with an operations staff
of over 4000 manufacturing associates in California and Guadalajara.
At ELI, a controllable ballast start-up, she was responsible
for Engineering and Operations. Nina’s early career includes
positions at Hughes Aircraft Ground Systems Group, CXI (a Novell
company) and Metcal.
She holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from
Purdue University and an Executive MBA from Pepperdine. |
